Product Warranty

SINTRONES offers product warranties for a specified period from the shipment invoice date. The warranty covers defects in parts and workmanship, and during the warranty period, SINTRONES will repair or replace the item at no additional charge to the purchaser. However, certain conditions, such as misuse, abuse, modifications, or damage caused by natural disasters, can void the warranty.

Here are the warranty periods for different product categories:

  • In-Vehicle Computer, Embedded Computer, Edge AI Computer: 2 years
  • Display Computer: 1 year
  • Spare or Repaired Parts: 90 days
  • Accessory Modules (mini-PCIe, M.2, PCIe, graphic card, extension modules): 1 year

 

The following components are not covered by warranty:

  • CPU & Memory
  • Battery
  • Broken panel displays or touch screens
  • Broken or bent mechanical parts
  • CPU and chipset cooler fan
  • Any improper action causing flash/SSD to exceed the life limitation (Erase Count TLC/MLC: over 3000 times; iSLC: 20,000 times; SLC: 60,000 times)
  • Materials furnished by clients
  • Materials assigned by clients and not under SINTRONES’ supplier list
  • For warranty periods of non-standard SINTRONES products or information regarding extended warranty periods, it is recommended to contact SINTRONES Sales directly.
